"Certification" is the processes how ENX Association determines whether a telecommunications network provider fulfils the ENX standards "ENX Certification and Operation Requirements" (ENX CORE).
Since the ENX network offers a list of special security features and service levels only those providers which are certified by the ENX Association are allowed to offer ENX accesses.

The ENX network is a multi-provider network because more than one provider (actually the "certified service providers") offers ENX accesses.
Once you are a registered ENX user and received your "ENX registration number" you can solicit offers for an ENX access from all certified service providers offering ENX accesses in your country.

"VDA" is the abbreviation of "Verband der Automobilindustrie e.V.".
The VDA is one of the initiators of the network and one of the founding members of the ENX Association.
Before the central ENX registration process was established, VDA was responsible for the registration of ENX users in Germany ("VDA Registrierungsnummer").

ANFAC is the abbreviation of "Asociación Española de Fabricantes de Automóviles y Camiones". This association is one of the founder members of the ENX Association. ANFAC also acts as ENX business center and is responsible for the registration of ENX users in Spain.

"GALIA" is the abbreviation of "Groupement pour l'amêlioration des liaisons dans l'industrie automobile".
The association is one of the founding members and it is responsible for the registration of ENX users in the French Automotive Industry.
GALIA also runs the French ENX User Group and acts as ENX Business Center.

In France, Spain, Sweden, Romania and Turkey the ENX Association is represented by industry-related associations. Applications for an "ENX registration number" in these countries are handled by the respective association instead of the ENX Association. The registration process, however, is always the same and starts with the ENX registration.
